Description

It’s a special synthetic material which provides better support, lasts 4-7 days, and is waterproof. There are even reflective elements in the tape for added visibility. Any avid runner has likely struggled with muscular or ligament pain or strain. Sparthos Kinesiology Tape is engineered to battle these common running issues with a lightweight tape that stretches up to 180-percent and was designed to flex with your muscles and joints without restricting your range of motion. This tape works by creating separation between the skin and deeper tissue to help decompress pain receptors and enhance blood flow.

KT TAPE PRO® UNCUT

KT TAPE PRO's stronger elastic core retains its elasticity far better over time than cotton kinesiology tape. This means it will provide stronger support, for as long as you need it, and then some. Like top athletes, it relies on both strength and endurance to get the job done. SYNTHETIC MICROFIBER Pre-cut and strip kinesiology tape typically come with step-by-step instructions for application that make the process not only easier but more precise. This type of tape allows the average person to correctly apply it to reap the most benefits. Strips come in a variety of design patterns specific to areas of the body where they will be applied. Both options are much more portable making it easy to toss a few strips or pre-cut pieces in a gym bag and apply when out and about. If you have sensitive skin, finding a brand of kinesiology tape that will not irritate it just got easier thanks to Theraband Kinesiology Tape's non-irritating, allergy-tested, and non-latex material. Made with 98-percent cotton and two-percent spandex, this tape uses a high-quality acrylic adhesive to provide clinically tested pain relief for up to five days without causing skin irritation. Users appreciate how comfortable it feels on the skin and its non-synthetic support. Available in seven colors, the continuous, unbroken roll helps provide joint stability, improved circulation, decreased pain, and eased soreness while ensuring a solid range of motion. It was designed to be worn even during intense exercise, and the poly-acrylic adhesive works well to keep the tape in place for multiple days. Users appreciate how easily cuttable the tape is, the low price point, and the moderate elasticity that provides support and stability.Unique to Theraband, their kinesiology tape uses a visual application guide to make the application easy and accurate. These XactStretch Indicators utilize printed shapes to ensure the correct stretch amounts, typically 25 to 50 percent. They appear as hexagons and get bigger as you stretch them to the appropriate length. Additionally, included directions make it easy to apply the tape. This physio tape is available in ten color varieties, designed to support muscles and joints without limiting the range of motion. I realized it the very first time I used it. I needed 5 strips for my knees – 4 full strips, and two 1/2 strips. Getting the 5 strips was easier than ripping 5 pieces of toilet paper! If you’re unsure how your skin will react to an acrylic-based adhesive, or any of the components in a specific tape, test it first by applying an inch-long strip and waiting a few minutes to see how you react.

KT Tape - Boots

KT Tape Pro® fibers feature a stronger elastic core which delivers better support for muscles, joints and tendons without restricting comfort and range of motion. This improved elastic core retains its elasticity far better over time and provides more durable support than cotton kinesiology tape, lasting as long as you need it. Like top athletes, it relies on both strength and endurance to get the job done. Kinesiology tape is a component of many top athletes’ training regimens, and a crucial aid for all kinds of runners who want to relieve soreness and remain cognizant of their form. Kinesiology tape mimics the elasticity of skin and lifts your skin away from tissues beneath, creating space that may help relieve joint pain, improve circulation, stabilize muscles, and reduce muscle soreness. Physical therapists also use it to help runners correct bad habits by helping them focus on activating muscles they may be underutilizing. One hard plastic carrying case with twist on lids to keep your tape in good shape in your gym bag or purse I’m a huge fan of kinesiology tape, and this KT Tape is no exception. The original cotton tape is inferior to the good synthetic stuff, but if you’re not going to get in the pool, the actual results are pretty darn close.I also taped for shin splints. Not shin splints the serious injury, just the minor shin pain when running. Ultraduurzame, dubbelbrede strips zijn ideaal voor het aanpakken van grotere spiergroepen en lage rugpijn*

KT Tape Pro® - Kinesiology Tape for Athletes

I used to have serious problems with shin splints, but that was because I took some bad advice and started using super big, motion control running shoes. Now it’s infrequent, but if I go a long time without running, I get minor shin pain during runs (especially on pavement.) KT Tape® is the Official Kinesiology Tape Licensee of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Teams and is used by Team USA athletes in all Olympic Training Centers. KT TAPE PRO synthetic fibres feature a much longer elastic core which delivers better support for muscles, joints and tendons without restricting comfort and range of motion. LONGER LASTINGI’m not a doctor, so I can’t explain exactly how kinesiology tape works. My understanding is that the tape provides a gentle support for the skin surrounding your muscles, which increases your awareness of those muscles, which then makes your muscles and joints feel supported, even thought the thin tape does not look like something capable of supporting you! While we can’t confirm the health related claims of kinesiology tape, it definitely has worked for a lot of people. Whether you are an athlete or someone treating/recovering from an injury, kinesiology tape should be able to benefit you. There are plenty of tutorials on how to best use kinesiology tape and how to apply it. We didn’t delve into that information here, so we recommend watching a few tutorials if it is your first time using kinesiology tape. Be seen. Be safe. KT TAPE PRO synthetic features reflective elements that add even more functions to its form, perfect for use in low light conditions, road training, and reflecting the flash of action-shot paparazzi. Tape for The 5 Best Kinesiology Tapes for 2023 – Kinesiology Tape for

Dynamic Tape technically isn’t a type of kinesiology tape, but several of the physical therapists I interviewed prefer it. A “biomechanical tape,” Dynamic Tape acts as an “external bungee cord,” providing extra support for painful and sore muscles. Similarly, if you have an injury-prone area, you could tape up with the goal of injury prevention. (No guarantees here, but it usually doesn’t hurt.) Dynamic tape can be thought of more as having a much stronger mechanical influence,” said Pester. “This type of tape can help unload tendons and provide additional support to painful muscles while still providing a full range of motion.” You should avoid kinesiology tape if you have a condition where more blood flow would be bad—deep vein thrombosis, diabetes and active cancers are among conditions that have excluded people from participating in kinesiology tape research. Also avoid taping over open wounds due to the risk of an infection. When headed to the gym for a good pump, it is important to give your joints the stability needed to hit the weights you want. OK Tape Kinesiology Tape can not only enhance joint stability so you can lift with confidence, but it works to relax soft tissue and improve form. Made with a mixture of cotton and spandex and featuring a water wave design, OK tape has a 180-percent elastic ratio to provide support without restricting the range of motion. I’m often injured from one of my adventures, so I’ve been testing KT Tape in a variety of situations. Taping up my knees But, once the strips were applied, my shin felt awesome! I had a really good feeling about running! The pre-cut strips are a remarkable idea KT Tape Pro® is pre-cut and ready to apply right out of the box. Pre-cut strips have rounded corners which help to prevent the corners from catching on clothing or the edges fraying. Each roll contains 20 pre-cut strips that are 10 inches long and 2 inches wide.
