Sheila is an April 2007 girl, she's has experienced home life, but was unfortunately returned through no fault of her own. Can you give Sheila a new home?

Racing Name: Fitapaldi Penny

Penny is a May 2005 girl. Penny is a returnee through no fault of her own, she is lively and friendly. She walks quite well on the lead, but can be a little strong at times if she's just got to go and smell that smell. Having been in a home she's house trained so little effort should be required on this front for her new owners.

Racing Name: Stick On Chris

Chris is a July 2005 dog, he's not a big lad but is sometimes quite strong on the lead, he's quite lively and would suit an active family where if there are children they should perhaps be 10-12 years or older. Chris has been homed a couple of times and is house trained. He may benefit from some training to curb this over excitement when on the lead, something that maybe the Billericay Dog Training School could help with, they run Greyhound specific classes. Sue is a September 2005 girl, she's a very regal black lady. She is a small dog who is very friendly and enjoys following you around. Sue has been returned to us due to his previous owners ill health, so she is house trained, but we don't think she'd be suitable for homing with small furries.

Roz is a January 2006 girl, she quite a busy girl and often has her nose to the ground. She walks well on the lead, with a little training she should fit in well in any home.

Connie is a June 2005 girl. Connie is a friendly girl who is sometimes very strong on the lead. With a little time and effort her walking can be improved greatly. She's an active girl who would benefit from an active home.

Bob is a July 2006 boy. Bob walks quite well on the lead and is a happy chap, who's always pleased to be out with his Greyhound buddies. He should fit in well in most homes, although we think homing him with small furries would be difficult.

Connie is a July 2006 girl. Connie is a true rescue hound, she was found wandering the streets and was in a foster home for a year or so, she's a nice small girl. The foster carer claims she was living with cats, however we have no way of confirming this and, this should not be taken as a guarantee that Connie is cat safe. Connie walks well on the lead, but has been quite timid in the Kennels.

Tufty is a September 2006 dog. Tufty is a friendly lad, who good around other Greyhounds and other breeds of dog. He can be a bit strong on the lead at times when he wants to go and sniff something. He will surely make a great pet!

Racing Name: Reachfar Guilio

Danno is a March 2005 dog. He's quite a calm lad and walks well on lead. He should also be house trained since he has lived in a house with another Greyhound dog for about a month. Unfortunately that didn't work out, and if considering Danno as a second dog in the house he would be better living with a bitch.

Jan is a November 2006 bitch. She's just come up for homing. She walks well on the lead and is very friendly.

Racing Name: Pookies Hawk

Pookie is a June 2007 girl. Pookie is a returnee, she lived in a home for some time but due to a change of circumstances her owner had to give her up. So we know Pookie is house trained, she is quite strong on the lead, so some training may be required to stop this behaviour. She would not be suitable for homing with cats.
