I do wish I knew that this book was very heavy on the vegan seafood cuisine which is something my husband and I really don't like. Manchester Tart, Fried eggs on toast and Veganetta (vegaised Viennetta) intersperesd with modern takes on comfort food, fast food and boougie delights too. This cookbook is charming, with recipes that are easy to read, follow and I can also confirm very yummy.
