Nino Cerruti Image Woman Eau de Toilette is a sophisticated and elegant perfume for women which has a simple composition which makes it ideal for everyday wear. After half an hour or so, there is a similarity with Bulgai pour Homme: it is one of those fragrances that are almost not there, but which still exert enough character for other people to detect them on you. Its specialty lays in a few components that are very well put together, so its simple and clear composition is very elegant and refined. The perfume was made for a contemporary, active and creative woman, who spends more of her life working, and has a positive attitude to reality.This scent is unique and fresh, not leathery – at least not in a dark sense like other modern leather perfumes. Smells very much of its time, late 90's-early 00's and gives off, to my nose, some slightly chlorinated-aquatic - "Cool Water" vibes in the mid - to the base. Cerruti Image brings to light the beauty of women while maintaining the mystery of each individual woman. I remember liking 1881 Intense on my future husband, that said I need to look closer at Cerruti perfumes now.

Within my 400 perfumes bottle collection of vintage and recent fragrances, it is one of my favorites. Perfumes with natural ingredients often smell different in batches based on the source of the ingredients, while synthetic ingredients usually have consistency in their smell and lasts longer. I recieved a bottle of this today for my birthday and I'm absolutely in love with it, its very summery, fresh, clean, youthful, a bit sporty and it also smells like the early 2000's (not saying it smells dated, but it does remind me of fragrances that were released during that time). It's not a bad fragrance, actually if you are into the heavier perfume you'll enjoy it; this one is just not for me. The Eau de Toilette combines fresh top notes of grapefruit, pepper and green notes with a minty heart note which includes some unusual accords of gentian root and mineral carbon.
