Delivery is made using 2nd Class Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier dependant on the parcel size and weight. Pour into the prepared cake tin and bake at 180C/350F/Gas mark 4 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until springy to touch. Serve with butterscotch sauce and cream.Melt the butter and sauté the onion. Add the pork and sauté again briskly until brown. Stir in flour and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the apricots and wine. Cook for 45min to 1 hour at 180C/350F/Gas 4. Before serving stir in redcurrant jelly and cream and allow to heat through. Serves 6.
