About this deal

Now I’m pretty heavy wetter at night so I generally need a bit more protection than most but it still held up through the night. I did have a bit of minor leaking as I got up but the results will vary from person to person.

The BetterDry diapers have been among my top favorite recommendations since I tried them. They seem to absorb a lot more than you would expect when first putting them on. While I do think this is still among the best adult diapers, for both night and daytime use, it has begun to fall out of favor because it seems to always have some sort of manufacturing error going on these days. When selecting which type of diaper will work best, you or your loved one have several things to consider, especially regarding fit and material. Some of these features include: While this is another diaper that I have done my standard weight test on before, in retrospect, I don’t think it was a very good test. That said, I wear this diaper to bed every night and nearly never have any leaks. I do however wear this diaper with a Liveanew XL booster pad that adds quite a bit of extra absorbency. Diaper Dimensions (L x fW x mW x bW): 80 cm (31.5") x 63 cm (24.8") x 34 cm (13.4") x 62 cm (24.4")

Large, heavy-duty, refastenable tape tabs with full landing zone to hold firm at full capacity. Improved Sizing and Comfort Because of that, I feel like my experience with the diaper itself wasn’t nearly as good as it could be with the use of the proper inserts. Padding Wing Dimensions (fPW x fPH x bPW x bPH): 3.5 cm (1.4") x 13 cm (5.1") x 8.5 cm (3.4") x 18 cm (7.1") Diaper Dimensions (L x fW x mW x bW): 82 cm (32.3") x 66 cm (26.0") x 34 cm (13.4") x 63 cm (24.8")If the answer is 'yes' to one or more of these questions, then the MEGAMAX Collection is one you should highly consider to help manage incontinence. I do plan to do much further testing on these diapers in the future so I can collect a lot more data points to average them out. In way of good quality overnight diapers for adults, this diaper is among the top of my list! The Crinklz The main point you really need to know about the LivDry diaper is that it was originally designed to be what is called a two piece system. Protection Level: Determine what type of absorbency is necessary. At NorthShore, we carry adult diapers of varying absorbency levels. Whether you are looking for an everyday option, overnight protection, a product for bowel incontinence, or plus-sized diapers, NorthShore has an option for you.

Padding Dimensions (L x fW x mW x bW): 67 cm (26.4") x 29 cm (11.4") x 21 cm (8.3") x 42 cm (16.5") The last time that I tested this diaper and gathered wet weights for it I got variations in my results from 1lb 14oz all the way up to 3lbs 4oz. For the purpose of this post I will be reviewing and referring to the medium-sized Trest Elite Diaper. However, other available sizes are listed below: In recent months I haven’t been using booster pads with them as much and have noticed how bad this clumping problem still is with the Confidry 24/7.

While the diaper itself is pretty pricey it has one of the highest levels of absorption of any diaper I’ve ever tried. I will be collecting more measurements when I do a full review of it in another post! The Trest Elite Diaper This was likely caused by the pressure of me sitting up and some of the fluid get squeezed out a bit. By this point, the diaper was pretty much fully saturated. Customers who use MEGAMAX often refer to them as a 'leak-proof' thanks to an extra-wide, extra-long core. The product also gets high marks for being one of the best overnight diapers for adults.

For now, keep reading to get a high level overview of all of the diapers listed above! The Abena M4/L4 That is really important when it comes to assessing the quality of this particular diaper. Well, any diapers out there really. The sizing of this diaper runs large and in my review, following the recommended sizing I went with a small rather than the usual medium. The sizing is comparable to the ConfiDry 24/7, which now has me curious about how the small size of that diaper would fit. Overall, I found this diaper to be comfortable and surprisingly breathable, but it fell short when it came to absorbency, largely as a result of the topsheet repelling moisture causing leakage through the sides. The theoretical capacity of this diaper is certainly much greater than observed in testing, perhaps closer to the lab test result. Also, it’s marketed as a medical diaper, but it comes at a very high unit cost and after testing both I feel the NorthShore Supreme provides a better value. That said, perhaps with some design improvements it could be a great diaper for long duration wear. I also have had A LOT of issues with their tapes lately too. That one seems to come and go but whatever the case is Confidry needs to get on figuring it out or they’re going to lose more loyal customers. The Northshore MegamaxFor a lighter to moderate wetter, these diapers would do just fine. When I was in my early 20’s they still worked quite well for me.
