I swim 3 or 4 times a week and it prevents my hair from becoming too dry and colour from fading. The only think I don’t like is the smell- it’s quite strong.

Swimcap is excellent for protecting coloured hair during swimming. It also nourishes the hair leaving it soft and easy to manage. I have recommended it to other swimmers at my local pool. This water resistant swimcap was originally requested by the first US Olympic Synchronised swimming team and as a result developed by Philip Kingsley and is now advertised not only essential for swimmers all year round but very useful for protecting the hair in the summer. At first, when asked to review this product, I had thought it was an actual swim cap to cover the hair rather than a cream which covers the hair.
